My experience of war coincided with oncology treatment. CTP courses, meeting with sick migrants at the [HOSPITAL], supporting myself and people from different parts of Ukraine. The children of our family evacuated from the Irpin district on their own on March , it lasted hours: there was great anxiety for them. My resource was prayer to the Lord, as it had been for many years in a row. I only hope and believe in God. Another challenge was to convince my son and his family to urgently leave Luhask region / the city of [CITY] near [CITY]. It was worth a lot of nerves and well-chosen words of persuasion. They were evacuated by bus, and then by train from [CITY] to [CITY]. We were looking for housing for people. Thank God, the family of my graduate from the class responded (they are now abroad) - they accommodated for communal services. I reacted quite calmly to the rocket attacks on [CITY], although I watched them with my own eyes, I react the same way to alarming sirens. I am a very responsible person, and it is surprising that the family's anxious suitcase was packed at the end of March and not before the trip. Faith in God keeps me going, that everything will be fine with my family, me and my children! Despite the doom due to cancer, I go to work at school: weave nets, dry bread for soldiers; consulted a large number of children () and people () temporarily displaced persons (students and parents of vocational training) and our permanent students, parents, teachers with problems of PTSD, adaptation, anxiety, fear, tantrums in the school's psychological counseling center. I conduct electives in psychology remotely for students of the th, th, th grades of our school, who are in great need of communication, psychological knowledge and skills. At the request of her daughter's fellow students, who carry out IT propaganda from [CITY], I wrote psychological and methodical recommendations on demotivating the participation in the war of residents of Russia and the LPR and DPR. I watch the news regularly, I send my prayers for the life and health of our defenders and all residents of Ukraine.

Мій досвід переживання війни співпав із лікуванням онкології. Курси ХТП, зустріч із хворими переселенцями у [ГОСПІТАЛЬ], підтримка себе і людей з різних куточків України. Діти нашої сім’ї евакуйовувалися з Ірпінського району своїм ходом якраз березня, це тривало годин: була сильна тривога за них. Моїм ресурсом була молитва до Господа, як і багато років поспіль. На Бога тільки надіюсь і вірю. Іншим випробуванням було переконати сина і його сім’ю терміново виїжджати з Луганщини, [МІСТО] біля [МІСТО]. Це вартувало немало нервів і підібраних слів переконань. Евакуювалися автобусами, а потім поїздом з [МІСТО] до [МІСТО]. Шукали -ом людям житло. Дякувати Богу, відгукнулася сім’я моєї випускниці з класу (вони зараз перебувають за кордоном) – поселили за комунальні послуги. Зовсім спокійно відреагувала на ракетні удари по [МІСТО], хоча своїми очима їх спостерігала, так само реагую на тривожні сирени. Я дуже обов’язкова людина, і дивно, що тривожну валізу сім’ї зібрали в кінці березня і то не до пуття. Мене тримає Віра в Бога, що все зі сім’єю, мною і дітьми буде гаразд! Не дивлячись на приреченість через онкохворобу, ходжу на роботу в школу: плели сітки, сушили хліб для воїнів; консультувала велику кількість дітей () і людей () тимчасово переміщених осіб (учнів і батьків ТПО) і наших постійних учнів, батьків, педагогів з проблемами ПТСР, адаптації, тривожності, страху, істерик в психологічному консультаційному пункті школи. Дистанційно проводжу факультативи з психології для учнів -х,-х,-х класів нашої школи, які так потребують спілкування, психологічних знань, вмінь. На прохання однокурсників дочки, які здійснюють ІТ-пропаганду зі [МІСТО], написала психологічні методичні рекомендації з демотивації участі у війні жителів Росії та ЛНР і ДНР. Новини переглядаю регулярно, посилаю свої молитви за життя і здоров’я наших захисників і всіх жителів України.
