My name is [NAME]; my family consists of five people (three children: a -year-old daughter, two -year-old twin boys and a wife). We live in the city of [CITY], where we are today. On February , , Russia declared WAR on Ukraine, which was unexpected for our family. During the war, which continues today, there were battles in our city; a Russian plane hit an electric substation near our house. Our family was without electricity, water and heating for over days. Also, the Russian military hit the [FACTORY] with ammonia with a barrel, which led to a significant leakage of ammonia. Then there was a hit in a large-scale warehouse with paint and varnish materials, which led to a large-scale fire. I want to note that all this took place approximately meters from our residence. In our family, only I worked and received money; my wife is on maternity leave, and the child is years old and often gets sick, so the doctors' commission extended my wife's maternity leave for another year. Therefore, it became difficult for our family financially since, during the long hostilities, I did not work, and I had to pay for housing and utilities; I worked myself, but in the last months of the war, my wages were low or did not receive them at all, my children often get sick, have chronic diseases: intestinal tract and chronic lung diseases, one of my sons has vision problems, all the children currently need additional care from doctors, the wife has incurable diseases that require surgical intervention. After we hid from the shelling in the damp, mouldy basement, the children became sick more often than before the war. Funds are needed to treat children, food, medicines, clothes, food and additional care at doctors. The salary I receive now is not in full; for now, it is only enough to pay for the apartment we rent, and utilities, food, and there is not enough for medicine. We are asking you to help our family financially. Together with the children, we will be grateful for your help. Thank you for understanding!!!!

Мене звати [ІМ'Я], моя родина, яка складається в кількості  п’яти осіб (троє діток: роки доньці, два хлопчика близнюки по років та дружина). Проживаємо ми в [МІСТО], де і по теперішній час знаходимося,  лютого року  Україні з боку росії було оголошено ВІЙНУ, що було несподівано для нашої родини. Під  час війни, яка іде по теперішній час, в нашому місті були бої, біля нашого будинку із російського літака було попадання в електричну підстанцію, після чого наша родина більше днів були без світла, води та теплопостачання. Також російськими військовими  було здійснено попадання в [ЗАВОД] в аміак з бочкою, що призвело до значного витікання аміаку.  Потім було попадання в масштабний склад з лакофарбовими матеріалами, що призвело до масштабної пожежі. Хочу зазначити, що це все проходило орієнтовно в метрів від нашого помешкання. В нашій родині працював тільки я та кошти отримував тільки я, дружина перебуває в декретній відпустці, дитині рочки, яка часто хворіє, тому комісією лікарів дружині було продовжили декрет ще на рік. Тому нашій родині стало важко фінансово, так як під час тривалих бойових дій я не працював, а за помешкання, комунальні послуги потрібно було сплачувати, я сам працюю, але за останні місяці війни я заробітну плату практично не отримував та не отримую, діти часто хворіють, мають хронічні захворювання: кишкового тракту та хронічні захворювання легень, в одного з синів проблеми із зором, всі дітки потребують на даний час додаткового догляду у лікарів, дружина  має невиліковні захворювання, які потребують хірургічного втручання. Після, того як ми переховувалися від обстрілів в сирому, покритому пліснявою підвалі, діти почали хворіти частіше ніж до війни. Кошти потрібні на лікування дітей, харчування, на медикаменти, одяг, на продукти та на додатковий догляд у лікарів. Заробітну  плату, яку я отримую зараз не в повному обсязі, на теперішній час вистачає лише на сплату помешкання, яке ми винаймаємо, та комунальних послуг, коштів  на харчування та на ліки не вистачає взагалі. Дуже просимо Вас допомогти нашій родині фінансово. Будемо разом із дітками  вдячний Вашій допомозі. Дякую за порозуміння!!!!
