On February , I woke up from the fact that my dog began to run around the house very loudly, then I heard loud explosions and turned off the T.V., and there our president declared a state of emergency; an hour later, he announced that Russian troops had invaded the territory of Ukraine, it began the war. Explosions were heard very often; well, we were reassured on the radio that the air defence was working; it was terrifying; my family and I went to hide in the bomb shelter near our church, but there were only a few real bomb shelters in the city, but they allowed us to hide in the basements, well, that it was terrifying, as they say, a mass grave. It was very frightening that it was unclear what would happen next; in fact, nothing was ambiguous; several times, I went to spend the night in a bomb shelter. Because there were worries at night as well, they all accumulated, and at one point, we all, together with our dogs (we have two), decided to go to [CITY] to [CITY]. Until the place became increasingly dangerous (we live by the sea) and our beaches were mined, saboteurs began to appear in the city, setting up targets for aerial artillery fire, roadblocks began to be erected on the roads, patrols from the anti-terrorist forces started to walk around the city. It was getting more dangerous, there were explosions, and we finally decided to leave, but with the belief that we would soon return. When we arrived at the railway station, at precisely the same time the siren sounded, and we all went down to the bomb shelter of the station together, sat there for about an hour, then the whole railway station was jammed with people who were fleeing from the war, who was going where we were waiting for an evacuation train to [CITY] somewhere - hours, it was served at p.m.; it was standing room only, because all those sitting were busy, well, people were happy about that. We travelled for more than a day; the carriage was packed, people with animals, animals with people - everyone was scared, but we were calm; after we left, that's how we got to Uzhhorod. We took only everything dear to us: our dogs, documents and phones, a couple of backpacks, and that's it. We believe that we will return home.

лютого я прокинулась від того, що по хаті дуже сильно стала бігати моя собака, а потім я почула гучні вибухи і вимкнула телевізор і там оголосив наш президент надзвичайний стан, через годину він об'явив, що російські війська вторглися на територію України, почалася війна. Вибухи було чути дуже часто, ну нас заспокоювали по радіо, що це працює ПВО, було дуже лячно, ми з родиною ходили ховатися в бомбосховище при нашій церкві, але у місті було ще тілька бомбосховищ справжніх, ну але дозволили ховатися у подвалах, ну це було дуже страшно, як казали братська могила. Дуже лякало те, що незрозуміло, що ж буде далі, насправді нічого незрозуміло, кілька разів я ходила ночувати у бомбосховище? бо тривоги були і вночі, але це все ось накопичувалися і в один момент ми усі разом з нашими собаками (у нас дві), вирішили поїхати на [МІСТО] до [МІСТО]. До того, що в місці встановилися усе небезпечніше (ми живемо на березі моря) і пляжі наші замінували, у місті стали з'являтися диверсанти, які ставили мітки для авіації артобстрілів, на дорогах почали стояти блокпости, по місту стали ходити патрулі з тероборони. Ставало усе небезпечніше, були вибухи і ми остаточно вирішили поїхати но з вірою в те, що скоро повернемося. Коли ми приїхали на ЖД вокзал, якраз у той самий час пролунала сирена і ми усі разом спустилися в бомбосховище вокзальне, просиділи там десь годину, потім весь залізничний вокзал був забитий людьми, які тікали від війни хто куди, ми чекали евакуаційний поїзд на [МІСТО] десь - годин, його подали у вечора, були тільки стоячи міста, тому що усі сидячі були зайняті, ну люди раді були і тому. Їхали ми більше суток, вагон був переповнений, люди з тваринами, тварини з людьми - усі-усі були перелякані, але нам було спокійно, усе ж ми виїхали і так ми доїхали до Ужгорода. З собою ми взяли тільки усе саме-саме для нас дороге, це наші собаки, документи і телефони, пару рюкзаків собою і усе. Ми віримо, що ми повернемося додому.
