War Testimony /

When the war started, I was at work at night, as if nothing threatened us, and here we were, and at four o'clock in the morning we knew what was really happening, we knew because our colleague's son called and he was in [CITY] just as the first rockets hit near his house , when our colleague hung up the phone, we immediately started crying and of course she couldn't work calmly, for a moment we didn't understand why everyone was silent, nothing happened and martial law was introduced only at six o'clock, although I still don't understand why we weren't warned earlier. I'm sure some knew what was going on. When I finished my shift at work, I immediately got ready to go to my family, since they were in the village and I was in the city at work, and then the shelling of military warehouses began, it was heard all over the city, even though those warehouses were somewhat far from it Meanwhile, I arrived and the family was already sitting watching the news and it was clear to everyone what was happening. The first month passed with fear because every siren and every woman is very wary, we even tried to help somehow, my wife went to cook stew at school, we took of our cans because we were asked, I gave bags to the territorial defence We were worried about the country and probably extraordinary patriotism appeared. However, I think on the internet our people began to brag a lot that we are killing them and repulsing them, although it is already clear that there has already been an agreement and bragging about deaths is not very good. The second month of the war already had an impact on my family, the older children are already dreaming of going to war, and the youngest sings songs about the viburnum and get out of Ukraine, ugly Muscovite. In general, it is not bad, but it is a little concerning. And in the third month, I already understood that there was no end in sight, the family was completely focused on the war, problems with work began, and my wife began to say go to war, even if she demands it. That's how I understood how the war affected my family, my wife wants some kind of warrior, patriot, children, thus not understanding the price of life, already go to war, I think the unfiltered Internet, these bloggers who provoke, and even some political figures are to blame for this. My concern is precisely that I am afraid for my family. It is very difficult and important to distinguish between patriotism and nationalism. You know, if a person has his own opinion and few people can convince him otherwise. When the war ends, I will hope for a return of family mood back to normal. I myself remain in it and will believe in our victory. Because without victory, our children and other heirs will live with evil intentions and thirst for revenge, and this does not suit us. I pray and believe in Ukraine. Glory to the heroes)))
