I faced the first days of the war with my husband and children (aged 10 and 13), at home. My husband remained calm and cool, while my younger daughter and I started having panic attacks. I had never experienced this before and did not know how to cope with it. But my husband helped me. We immediately started cooking everything with Molotov cocktails, and I calmed down and calmed the children. My husband went to the army on the first day, and I have been going through the war for a year without him. He trained as a combat medic and is now saving soldiers. After 2 weeks of war, my younger daughter started having panic attacks again, and I was forced to go with them to Poland, without relatives or friends. We stayed in Poland for 2 months, and my husband called to urgently return because he was in a dangerous situation, and we managed to say goodbye to him. After returning, my husband came home for a day, and I felt better. My husband was transferred to another place to serve, but in October, I was so stressed that I had huge problems with my stomach and blood pressure all because of an IDP woman who came with her children to the village where my husband served. She lived an immoral lifestyle, did not look after the children, did not go to work, and, worst of all, called my husband. I started to feel extremely depressed because of the cheating. I couldn't eat, sleep, or work, and lost 7 kg in 2 weeks. Of course, my husband denied everything, swearing that he was faithful to me, but I had already lost my trust and love for him. Now I live with him for the sake of my children, waiting for him to return from the war and thinking about how to live my life. Therefore, even if my house is intact and there is no shelling of the city, the war has changed my life and the life of my family dramatically, for the worse. I cry for the dead, pray for the living and suffer from heartache!!!!

Перші дні війни я з чоловіком і дітьми 10 і 13 років зустріли вдома, спокій і холодний розум зберігав тільки чоловік, а в мене й у молодшої доньки почались панічні атаки. Я такого ніколи не відчувала раніше і не знала як з цим впоратись. Але допоміг чоловік, ми з ним зразу почали готувати все на коктейлі Молотова і я заспокоїлася і дітей заспокоювала.Мій чоловік в перший день пішов в армію, і вже рік я сама з дітьми дуже важко переживаю війну без нього. Він вивчився на бойового медика, і зараз рятує солдатів. Через 2 тижні війни у меншої дочки знов почались панічні атаки, і я змушена була з ними їхати в сліпу, без родичів, без знайомих до Польщі. Польщі ми пробули 2 місяці й подзвонив чоловік, щоб терміново вертатися, бо в нього була небезпечна ситуація, і ми з ним встигли попрощатися. Після повернення, чоловік приїхав додому на день і мені стало легше. Чоловіка перевели в інше місце служити, але осінню в жовтні я перенесла такий стрес, що мала величезні проблеми зі шлунком і тиском. А все через переселенку, яка приїхала з дітьми в те село де служив мій чоловік, вела аморальний спосіб життя, не доглядала дітей, на роботу не ходила, і що саме страшне дзвонила до мого чоловіка. В мене почалась страшна депресія на фоні зради, я не могла їсти, спати, працювати, і за 2 тижні схудла на 7 кг. Звичайно, чоловік все заперечував, клянеться, що був вірний мені, але я вже втратила до нього довіру і любов, з усякого погляду, тепер живу з ним заради дітей, чекаю поки він вернеться з війни, і думаю як жити далі. Тому, навіть якщо моя хата ціла, нема обстрілів міста, все одно, війна змінила моє життя, і життя моєї сім'ї кардинально, в гіршу сторону. Плачу за загиблими, молюся за живих і мучусь від душевного болю!!!!
