War Testimony /
War is very scary. Now I understand it well, when it has already been three months since it started. And when the end - it is unknown and that scares even more. I live in fear, I cannot make plans for the future... And until February , I had concrete plans: I, graduating this year from a technical school with a specialty in "Software Engineering", wanted to go to one of the universities in my city and continue my studies at chosen profession. After graduation, I planned to work in Ukraine so that my knowledge and skills would serve the further development of my Motherland. Now I am not sure of anything: neither in my future, nor in my plans... I am very afraid: for myself, for my parents. Before, when I was wished a peaceful sky, I took it as just words. Now I really appreciate such a wish and wish everyone the same first of all. In fact, you don't need as much to be happy as you might think. Recently, I went to see my godmother in a de-occupied city that is recovering after everything that happened to it. Everything is over for the local residents, they are slowly recovering and hope that everything will settle down and the enemy troops will not return to them again, because they believe and hope that our Armed Forces are firmly and confidently guarding our defence and will not allow a second invasion. How I wish the residents of [CITY] could also sleep peacefully, not run almost every day to the bomb shelter, not be afraid to go outside, just live peacefully and be happy that we live. For now, I'm trying to stay calm and focused and support my family, because panic is definitely not a way out of a situation in such a difficult time. I am with my family, with my parents. And we support each other. It's easier for us to stay together. Many of my friends have moved to other safer cities or even outside the country, so we communicate on the phone, with the help of the Internet in social networks. The main thing is to keep in touch and hope that everything will end soon and we will, as before, meet, walk around our hometown, joke, have fun. As long as a person has hope and hope, as long as he lives. I wish everyone a peaceful heaven. Glory to Ukraine!
