On February , , from my apartment balcony, I heard and saw explosions at the military cemetery of our city. On the first day of the war, my family and I moved to a country house in the countryside and continued to live there permanently. They came to the city to study and work. It was relatively quiet outside the city. Although explosions at the oil depot could be heard, it was seen burning. There was a desire to watch the news feed constantly. At the suggestion of friends, they began to spread information about the war on the territory of Russia (for example, they made specific reviews in museums and restaurants). Then there was the feeling of needing to rally. And with colleagues, they started collecting humanitarian aid: clothes and food. Later, he started working as a volunteer in the psychological headquarters, providing psychological support to temporarily resettled citizens from the places of hostilities. In addition to the main place of work, I am still engaged in this volunteer activity. Based on this, he concluded that in such difficult periods, it is necessary to involve oneself as much as possible in any helpful activity.

лютого року я із балкону своєї квартири чув і бачив вибухи на військовому литовищі нашого міста. На перший день війни війни ми із сім'єю переїхали на дачу у заміську зону і там далі проживали на постійній основі. На навчання і роботу приїжджали до міста. За містом було відносно спокійно. Хоча було чути вибухи на нафтобазі і було видно, як вона палає.Було бажання постійно переглядати стрічку новин. За пропозицією друзів розпочали поширювати інформацію про війну на теренах росії (наприклад, робили специфічні відгуки у музеях, ресторанах). Далі було відчуття необхідності згуртовуватися. І з колегами розпочали збір гуманітарної допомоги: одяг, продукти харчування. Пізніше розпочав працювати волонтером у психологічному штабі, надаючи психологічну підтримку тимчасово переселеним громадянам із місць бойових дій. Крім основного місця роботи цією волонтерською діяльністю займаюсь і по теперішній час. На основі цього зробив висновок, що у такі складні періоди необхідно максимально себе залучати у будь-які види корисної діяльності.
