At first, there was a feeling of helplessness and uncertainty. Later, when the bug-out bag was packed, my emotional state did not improve much, although the sense of danger and anxiety had not let go since the beginning of the war. The most difficult emotions and feelings are related to the safety of children and grandchildren, who were under shelling and destruction, and constant worry and anxiety for my son, an Armed Forces soldier. The worst thing is that you never know where he is and the inability to help or at least see him. Volunteering and communicating with people for whom Ukraine, its freedom, and Victory are, above all else, help a lot!

Спочатку було відчуття безпорадності і невизначеності. Згодом, коли зібрали тривожну валізу, емоційний стан не набагато, але покращився, хоча від початку війни почуття небезпеки і тривоги не відпускає. Найтяжчі емоції і відчуття пов'язані з безпекою дітей і онуків, які опинились під обстрілами і руйнуваннями, а також постійне переживання і тривога за сина, воїна ЗСУ. Найгірше те, що ніколи не знаєш, де він, і неможливість допомогти, або хоча б побачити. Дуже допомагає волонтерство і спілкування з людьми, для кого Україна, її свобода і Перемога - понад усе!
