When the war started, on the night of February , around a.m., my wife and I heard explosions and shelling - after that, we quickly began to pack things and wake up the children. Then I quickly ran out of the apartment to the street to the parking lot to get the car and drive to a safe place. When I picked up the car, my older son and I quickly moved the things to the car. Without thinking for a second, we decided to go to our dacha (summer house), which is located in the village and also has a basement. My family and I stayed there for about a month. Unfortunately, I was never able to take my parents out of [CITY] due to its occupation, our city was also occupied, but because of all this oppression and rawness, love for our homeland and a terrible feeling of helplessness, we could not stay there and left, not even being able to stand there month Our choice for temporary housing was in [CITY]. We were there for months. When the city began to be shelled, I took my family and left for Kyiv, where I am now. All this time has affected me; I worry about my parents, relatives, and especially my children. My wife and I are trying to do everything so that this desolate war does not leave them with severe mental injuries in the future. Every day, every hour, minute and second, all my friends and I believe in our armed forces, which will surely win, I myself would like to join them, but because of children and terrible eyesight, I cannot join them. My wife and I watch the news for each other, and we are sincerely happy for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. I hope that all this horror will end as soon as possible. I will be able to see my parents and return to my hometown, my apartment - in which I lived, an apartment in which I have many warm and good memories, in the city, on the square of which I will again wave the blue-yellow flag - the flag of Ukraine. Glory to Ukraine! Glory to heroes!

Коли почалася війна, у ніч лютого десь о ранку я зі своєю дружиною почув вибухи, та обстріли - після цього ми швидко почали збирати речі та будити дітей. Потім я хутко вибіг з квартири на вулицю до стоянки, щоб забрати авто та виїхати у безпечне місце. Коли я підвіз автомобіль, я разом з моїм старшим сином швидко перенесли речі до машини. Не обмірковуючи ні секунди, ми вирішили поїхати до нашої дачі, яка знаходиться у селі, а також у котрій є підвал. Я разом із своєю сім'єю перебували там близько місяця. На жаль, я так і не зміг вивезти своїх батьків із [МІСТО] через його окупацію, наше місто теж окупували, але через весь цей гніт та сирість, любов до своєї батьківщини та жахливе почуття безпорадністі ми не змогли там перебувати та виїхали, не витримавши там навіть місяця. Наш вибір для тимчасового житла зупинився на [МІСТО]. Там ми були місяців. Коли місто почали обстрілювати, я взяв свою родину та виїхав до Києва, в якому перебуваю зараз. Весь цей час дуже погано зказився на мене, я хвилююся за своїх батьків, рідних, а особливо - за дітей. Ми з дружиною намагаємося робити все, щоб ця безлюдна війна не залишила їм тяжких психічних травм у майбутньому. Кожного дня, кожної години, хвилини та секунди я та всі мої знайомі віримо у наші збройні сили, які обов'язково переможуть, я сам хотів би вступити до них, але через дітей та дуже поганий зір я не можу туди вступити. Ми з дружиною кожного для переглядаємо новини, та щиро радіємо за ЗСУ. Я сподіваюся що весь цей жах як найшвидше закінчиться та я зможу побачитися зі своїми батьками, та повернутися до рідного міста, своєї квартири - у якій я жив, квартири у якій я маю багато теплих та гарних спогадів, у місті, на площі котрого знову буде розвіюватися синьо-жовтий прапор - прапор України. Слава Україні! Героям слава!
