It was challenging mentally because, at that moment, I simply did not know what to do next or how to live. We tried to stay close to the family and were distracted by other things (reading a book, cooking). Every day I read the news, which was very stressful, then I tried to limit my time on the phone. I talked with my relatives, helped weave camouflage nets for soldiers, and after that, it became much easier because I began to understand that I could be useful in some way. And so, gradually, the fighting spirit was restored because others also began to share their experiences, and my morale improved because I understood that I am not alone and would be supported.

Було важко дуже морально, бо в той момент просто не знала, що робити далі, як жити. Старалися триматися поруч зі сім'єю та відволікалися на інші речі(книгу почитати, куховарити) Щодня читала новини, які дуже сильно нагнітали, то потім старалася обмежити свій час в телефоні. Розмовляла з рідними, допомагала плести маскувальні сітки для воїнів і після того, ставало набагато легше, бо почала розуміти, що хоч чимось можу бути корисна. І так поступово відновлювався бойовий дух, адже і інші почали ділитися своїми переживаннями і від цього мій моральний стан покращувався, бо ти розумієш, що ти не один і тебе підтримають
