Constant anxiety for loved ones, especially for those who are not close, for the future, their country, and children, constant panic attacks while at home, and having moved to a relatively safe place, the feeling of being "on guard" all the time, there is minor that brings peace, just doing some kind of work volunteering to the point of exhaustion manages to distract and "turn off the brain." Absence of any plans for the future, which is absolutely not characteristic of me early on; life is one day, one week. Joy in short-term communication with strangers on the street, at work, in humanitarian headquarters from different cities in Ukraine, their history and understanding that your personal experience, thank God, is not so difficult, the moral support of strangers and the belief that it will endure and everything will definitely get better, especially when you see the optimism of the elderly and their ability to enjoy the little things of today's life.

Постійна тривога за близьких, особливо за тих, хто не поруч, за майбутнє, своє, країни, дітей, перебуваючи вдома, постійні панічні атаки, а переїхавши у відносно безпечне місце, увесь час відчуття "напоготові", мало що приносить спокій, тільки займаючись якоюсь роботою, волонтерством, до втоми вдається відволіктися і "відключити мізки". Відсутність будь-яких планів на майбутнє, що абсолютно не властиво мені раніше, життя одним днем, тижнем. Радість у короткостроковому спілкуванні з незнайомими людьми на вулиці, на роботі, у гуманітарних штабах із різних міст України, їхні історії та розуміння, що особисто твій досвід, слава богу, не такий важкий, підтримка незнайомих людей морально та віра, що витримає й усе обов'язково налагодиться, особливо коли бачиш оптимізм літніх людей і вміння в них радіти дрібницям життя сьогоднішнього дня.
