I will divide this experience into parts. . the first weeks of the war: a feeling of uncertainty about oneself, i.e., where to spend oneself: whether for voluntary direct participation in the war, active participation in volunteer domestic help, or something else. As for the desire to leave the country - there was none. . the first months of the war: there was an understanding of what was happening and an analysis of how long it might last. I concluded that it is better to continue to live and work actively than to whine and watch all the news. The child was still sent abroad. . all the rest of the time - settings for a long struggle. Positive changes to negative ones are often due to reading the news about the death toll. Sometimes there is a problem with adjusting emotions accordingly. But there is a clear understanding of what to do. Except for problems with work and a little health - everything is fine with the head.

Я розділю такий досвід на частини. . перші тижні війни: відчуття невизначеності щодо себе, тобто куди себе потратити: чи на добровільну безпосередню участь у війні, чи активну участь в волонтерській домопозі, чи інше. Щодо бажання покинути країну – не було. . перші місяці війни: прийшло розуміння, що відбувається та аналіз, скільки може тривати. Дійшов до висновку, що краще продовжувати активно жити і працювати, ніж скиглити і дивитись всі новини. Дитину все-таки відправили закордон. . весь решта час - налаштування на довгий час боротьби. Позитив змінюється негативом часто через читання новин про кількість загиблих. Часом є проблема налаштування емоцій відповідно. Але є чітке розуміння, що робити. За винятком проблем з роботою та трохи здоров'ям - все гаразд з головою.
