War is the most difficult test for the people. The full-scale invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine brought bloodshed and significant losses for many. Many young people went to defend their country from Russian aggression, joined the territorial defence and military medicine, and volunteered. The war has been ongoing since , but it began full-scale on February , . During the explosions, I behaved calmly because, in such situations, the main thing is not to panic. Before the war, I was engaged in archery; after the introduction of martial law, we parted ways with shooting. But it became an opportunity to start something new, and that's how I got into volunteering. It was held in the "Atlet" club. I really liked it from day one. Collect things on the front lines and sort them for victims and refugees. We mainly had medicines, clothes, food, and household goods. Trucks were being unloaded, and cars going to [CITY] were being loaded. After the closure of this club, I was a little sad because I devoted all my time to it. Then she called my colleague and me to the field kitchen; we made food, and he cooked. And I'm in preparation. We did it for block posts. It isn't easy to cook from morning to evening. I resumed shooting lessons and found a temporary job. Since [CITY] received a lot of refugees, it became too difficult to find a job. Many have gone abroad; for them, it is an opportunity to start their life with a clean slate. I didn't want to go, so I stayed at my place in [CITY]. Now my life is spent helping people, working, and shooting. My father is going to join the ATO for the second time. Of course, I am worried, but I hope for the best. And my shooting coach has been on the front lines for a long time; he gets in touch, but very rarely. Sometimes he downloads videos and talks about the loss of his brothers. It's not her first time there, but I'm still perturbed about her. She is a great example of a strong woman who, after an injury, does not sit still but continues to fight.

Війна це найважче випробування для народу. Повномасштабне вторгнення російських військ в Україну принесло кровопролиття та значні втрати для багатьох. Багато молоді пішло захищати свою країну від російської агресії, долучилися до територіальної оборони, військової медицини, заняття волонтерством. Війна триває з року, але повномасштабна розпочалася лютого року. Під час вибухів я поводилася спокійно, адже в таких ситуаціях головне не панікувати. До війни я займалася стрільбою з лука, після введення воєнного стану, зі стрільбою ми трохи розійшлись. Але це стало нагодою почати щось нове, так я і потрапила у волонтерство. Воно проходило в клубі «Атлет». З першого дня мені це дуже сподобалося. Збирати речі на передову та сортувати потерпілим та біженцям. В основному ми мали медикаменти, одяг, їжу, побутові товари. Вигружали фури та загружали машини, які їхали у [МІСТО]. Після закриття цього клубу я трішки засумувала, адже весь свій час я приділяла цьому. Потім мене і мого колегу покликала на польову кухню, ми робили їсти, він готував. А я на заготовках. Робили ми це для блок-постів. Це важко з самого ранку і до вечора готувати. Відновила заняття зі стрільби, знайшла тимчасову роботу. Так як [МІСТО] прийняла дуже багато біженців, роботу знайти стало надто складно. Багато хто поїхав за кордон, думаю для них це можливість почати з чистого листа своє життя. Я їхати не хотіла, тому і залишилася у себе на [МІСТО]. Зараз моє життя проходить допомогою людям, роботою, стрільбою. Мій батько збирається другий раз піти в АТО. Я, звісно, переживаю, але надіюся на краще. А моя тренер зі стрільби уже давно на передовій, на зв’язок виходить, але дуже рідко. Іноді скидує відео, розказує про втрати побратимів. Вона там не вперше, але все ж я дуже за неї хвилююсь. Вона для мене великий приклад сильної жінки, яка після травми не сидить на місці, а йде далі у бій.
